How should I care for my accessory?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and hang to dry.
Do not machine wash or dry or dry clean. If additional cleaning is necessary, hand wash in cold water with a gentle soap and hang to dry.
Warm iron as needed.
For items containing cork, wipe cork clean with a damp cloth. Do not iron cork.
Is the Tiny Tote safe for my child to play with?
The Tiny Tote is a clothing accessory (not a toy) designed to look very similar to the larger Beach and Resort versions of the tote (the sizes mommy and sisters will be wearing). While the tote does not contain snaps or long handles, it does include an attached flower in order to look like the larger totes. While care has been taken to secure the flower,
***it does contain small parts which are a choking hazard to children ages 3 and younger.***
For this reason, do not leave a child unattended with the tote. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the use of the purchased Tiny Tote.
What is your shipping policy?
We know your want your item as soon as possible. For that reason, we do our best to ship within two business days of order. At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
We believe you will fall in love with your Conch Couture item, but we know it sometimes doesn't work out. If you not satisfied with your item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item for refund or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Not eligible: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and/or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund or exchange request.
If the item meets the return or exchange criteria noted above, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We will replace an item with the identical item if the initial item is defective or damaged (and not due to normal wear and tear from use of the item). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
